| Alamo City Shootout II -
1/31/2004 San Antonio, Texas |
 |
The Central Texas Club would like to thank all its members who attended the
Second Anual Alamo City Shootout. Like last year and many others in the past,
the ACS II provided numerous opportunities for everyone to catch up on all
the happenings in their local club as well as other clubs that were in
attendence.
Texas and Oklahoma clubs made a strong showing, as well as many filmaure
faces from across the country. Central Texas, North Texas, Houston, and Oklahoma
City clubs all had multiple members showing and racing their cars.
A huge thanks goes out to all the vendors that provided parts, acessories,
and prizes for the raffel and event winners. The event raised nearly $1500
dollars which will be donated to a local San Antonio charity. Prizes included
TOG Ceramic Headers, Cams, PCM's, Gift Certificiates and other items from
Regional Clubs and National Vendors.
Thanks to everyone for attending and a huge Thanks goes to Derrich Rodriguez,
Chris Mayer, Chris Green, Tony Lauer, Anna Davis and everyone who helped make
this even a success.
Make sure not to miss next years event!
